If someone is doing something differently than you, doesn't make them wrong. Learn to accept that. It will give you one less thing to stress over.

Take time out of your day to enjoy. Spend time with your children. Curl up with your significant other and watch a movie. Take a warm bath.Just make sure you do something to make the day enjoyable and remind yourself that you're alive and living.

It doesn't have to be something huge, just some small step that you can take right now.
Walking around hoping and thinking of the change is ok. But taking one tiny step is even better.

This is one of my favorite quotes. A lot of people work so hard to be perfect and tear themselves apart when they make a mistake. Why?
As long as you learned something, then it really wasn't a mistake, it was a lesson. And there is no reason to dwell on a lesson.
