Regret is a painful emotion that can paralyze you if you let it. Instead, learn from each regret, and think of them as lessons.
Only allow yourself to feel the regret momentarily, don't allow yourself to dwell on it. Move on quickly, use that energy for something else.
You cannot change your past, but you can change how you deal with it. Think of all its taught you.
Then put your past to bed and step forward to a brighter future.
